Four operational documents we use on every managed tenancy and listing. Each opens as a fillable page — complete it on screen, print it or save it as a PDF, and sign. Nothing is uploaded anywhere; the form runs entirely in your browser.
These are our documents, not government forms. Where the Dubai Land Department or RERA prescribes a form — the unified tenancy contract, Form A, Form B, Form F, Form I or the brokerage agreements — that form governs and is executed through Dubai REST or a Trustee Centre. The official set is in the DLD forms download centre. The documents below sit alongside those, covering the operational steps the official forms do not: condition at handover, service cancellation at move-out, marketing consent, and commission splits between brokerages.
Resident & investor guide library
Those 17 advisory guides live in a separate, verified library — WhatsApp number verification unlocks all of them for 24 hours. This page only carries the raw official DLD/RERA/Ejari forms above.
The condition report is the reference document against which security deposit deductions are measured at move-out.
DP-DOC-01
Area-by-area condition report for apartments 1-5 BR, townhouses, villas and villas with majlis, including kitchen equipment and meter readings.

Joint landlord and tenant NOC to cancel Ejari, DEWA, chiller, gas and telecoms, with security deposit settlement.
Open & fill print-readyDP-DOC-03
Owner authorisation to market a property for sale or lease, with channel-by-channel marketing consents and Trakheesi permit reference.
Open & fill print-readyDP-DOC-04
Commission-split agreement between the listing brokerage and a co-operating RERA-registered brokerage.
Open & fill print-readyOfficial DLD sales forms. Form A authorises a brokerage to list an owner’s property. Form B records the buyer’s appointment of a brokerage. Form F is the sale contract between seller and buyer. Form I is the agent-to-agent agreement. All four are issued and executed through the Dubai REST platform rather than as printed templates — we prepare and submit them on your behalf. Form F is available to read in the download centre. Our agent-to-agent listing agreement above is an operational commercial-terms document and does not replace Form I.
Seller costs on a resale, plainly. The seller bears the developer no-objection certificate fee and clears outstanding service charges and unit dues before transfer. The buyer’s deposit cheque is lodged with the brokerage and returned after the transaction completes. At the Trustee Centre the transfer fee is 4% of the price to the Dubai Land Department plus the trustee office fee of AED 4,200 including VAT, and the balance is paid by manager’s cheque drawn in the seller’s name. Title deed issuance is AED 580 on a delayed sale, or AED 40 where the unit is post-handover and not fully paid. Full walkthrough in the resale guide.
