Terms

1. Party A confirms it holds a valid written authorisation from the registered owner and a current Trakheesi permit for the property, and will produce both on request.
2. Party B will not contact the owner directly, publish the listing under its own permit, or circulate the property to further brokers without Party A's written consent.
3. Both parties are RERA-registered and will act within Law No. 85 of 2006 on the regulation of the real estate brokers register and the RERA code of ethics.
4. Commission is earned on completion of the transaction — transfer at the Trustee Centre for a sale, or Ejari registration for a lease — and is invoiced with VAT by each party for its own share.
5. Where a client is introduced by Party B and later transacts within the validity period, the split above applies regardless of which party closes.
6. This agreement is valid for the period stated and is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes go to RERA or the competent Dubai courts.
