Owner declarations
- The signatory is the registered owner of the property, or the owner's legal representative under a power of attorney attested by the competent authorities, and will produce that evidence on request.
- The property is free of undisclosed mortgages, disputes, blocking orders or third-party claims. Any mortgage, existing tenancy or service-charge arrears is disclosed in writing with this authorisation.
- The owner will provide the title deed, passport or Emirates ID, and the developer no-objection certificate where the transaction requires one.
- The owner understands that under Trakheesi rules a permit must be issued before any advertisement is published, and that the ORN and permit number appear on every listing.
- Where the basis is exclusive, the owner will not appoint another broker for the same property during the validity period.
- This authorisation does not itself constitute the RERA Form A listing agreement, which is executed separately through Dubai REST.
